My client, a leading Bank, is looking for a Business Change Manager to work across two data transformation projects within their Mortgage Team. Please note, my client is NOT looking for Data Analysts as you will need to be strong in Business Analysis.

You'll lead on the successful design of business processes and the definition of business requirements, as well as managing high profile implementations.

What you'll be doing

• Creating detailed and thorough as-is analysis and designing to-be processes
• Working in Agile product teams and collaborating with the business and IT stakeholders
• Supporting the management of stakeholder relationships to successfully drive the project
• Working collaboratively with cross functional project teams to enable the successful delivery of change projects within the bank
• Completing project governance deliverables, including impact assessments, implementation plans and RAID logs
• Engaging with core SME's to agree UAT approach, creating test scripts and supporting UAT execution
