The Digital Transformation Team reports into the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, responsible for the delivery of key services to the Business ranging from technical to business process. The team provides the architecture and the delivery skills and resources required to support business outcomes.Key Responsibilities As a member of the Agile Product Team, the Product Owner must ensure there is an aligned understanding of how the team can provide the highest value to the customer and will: ? Represent the voice of the customer and the organisation through the delivery of business value and work closely with business sponsors and stakeholder to define and prioritise features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organisational goals ? Collaborate with the GRS Architecture Team and assigned Architect to make sure that architecture direction and decisions relating to the technologies supporting the platform are appropriately discussed and debated to get to the best outcomes for the customer ? Set expectations with stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features and is responsible for developing clear, actionable user stories ? Own and maintains the product backlog and is accountable for its maintenance ? Work effectively as part of a team alongside the Scrum Master, development team and other team members, clarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks and open issues/questions as quickly and efficiently as possible ? Contribute to Portfolio level 30/60/90-day planning sessions and set expectations for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionality ? Support and (if necessary) organise product Sprint demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies ? Collaboratively build the team product roadmap and consider strategic inputs from business stakeholders ? Communicate expected value and any changes in value to be delivered in each iteration based on the capacity, as determined by the development team ? Support the Agile transformation programme ? Adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements forms part of your role, and the demonstration of behaviours as set out in the Conduct Risk Policy, as they relate to your role, is core to commitment to placing customers at the centre of our business and behaving with integrity. LSM expects you to understand your responsibilities relating to all regulatory and internal requirements, and to proactively demonstrate compliance with these requirements and behaviours at all times. These requirements include Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing. Skills and Experience ? Experience of managing and developing Enterprise Risk Management, Exposure Management Products and Actuarial solutions desirable ? 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or equivalent London Market experience ? Considerable relevant industry or functional experience in Insurance, including in Speciality, Commercial and ideally M&A business and associated product lines ? Extensive experience of management of third-party suppliers and development teams, either on-shore or off-shore ? Strong communication and presentation skills ? Demonstrable experience of delivering complex initiatives ? Experienced Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working in Agile teams ? Ability to influence the direction and thinking of senior stakeholders and capture complex requirements in a prioritised backlog ? Strong teamwork, co-ordination, organisation and planning skills ? Ability to understand strategic needs whilst focusing on the customer ? Demonstrable experience of mentoring and supporting less experienced Product Owners ? Good analytical and problem-solving skills
