Type - Permanent Location - London Hybrid - FlexibleWe are looking for a Change Manager with a background ideally within the insurance or financial services sector and used to delivering large scale change and transformation programmesResponsibilities

  • Appreciation of various change management methodologies , create and apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Complete change management assessments, work with stakeholders and teams in delivering the change by building and maintaining strong relationships .
  • Create change management deliverables including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
  • Integrate change management into project plans
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Deliver appropriate and well-established change artefacts to support the change initiative(s)
  • Consistently deliver best practice change interventions that align / delivers business priorities and strategy.
  • Where applicable, manage and guide change champions and key stakeholders at all levels / across departments and geographies on how to address resistance to change.
  • Integrate change management into project plans
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Skills and experience:

  • Expert knowledge of change management skills
  • Qualified in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, LEAN SIX SGIMA ) Agile qualifications helpful but not a necessity
  • Supporting large-scale transformation / behavioural change programme experience in a large, ideally global insurance or financial serviced but blue-chip organization would be considered .
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Relationship, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient, self-driven & emotionally intelligent
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable
