Learning and Development Partner (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Are you an experienced Learning and Development Partner looking for an exciting new role? We are partnered with a leading IT consultancy looking for a Learning and Development partner on a 12 month fixed term contract to rollout and deliver several exciting performance and talent management initiatives

This role would be hybrid working with Tuesdays and Wednesdays based in London and the rest remote. It would offer an excellent salary and benefits (including a bonus scheme)

Experience

• Consistent background in learning and development
• Demonstrable background in data reporting
• CIPD or equivalent qualification would be helpful not essential
