Project Analyst

PMO/Project Analyst - Edinburgh - Contract

My banking client based in Edinburgh require a PMO/Project Analyst on an initial 6 month contract to help deliver on an exciting project

This role is to help set up the programme of work for delivering to Coutts commercial clients

Essential skills :

Must have Planview, Oracle Time & Labour, Finance and budget tracking so must have advanced excel

This role may potentially develop into a Business Analyst / Junior PM as there will be some requirements scoping work with key stakeholders

• Helping to develop and maintain roadmaps
• Providing guidance and support to teams on essential financial management activities, including purchase order management, forecasting, budgeting and time recording
• Ensuring an alignment between the financial reporting systems and project reporting systems, and challenging any financial variances
• Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple domains, franchises and functions and at different levels of hierarchy
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
