Are you a seasoned Technical Cutover Lead looking for your next challenge? This company is seeking an exceptional individual to join their dynamic team as the Technical Cutover Implementation Lead.

As the Technical Cutover Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the company's cutover plan. Collaborating closely with the Cutover Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end cutover process, including planning, preparation, execution, and post-go-live stabilisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the integrated cutover activities for pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live stages
- Coordinate data migration, integration's, environment transitions, and payroll cutover activities
- Oversee the coexistence model between the company's cloud and on-premise systems
- Manage technical teams to ensure cutover readiness, including integration, data validation, and reconciliation
- Communicate cutover readiness status and escalate issues to program leadership

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Cutover Lead on large-scale ERP/HCM programs, ideally involving Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes, with experience in payroll parallel testing
- Hands-on expertise in overseeing data migration, integrations, and environment management in Oracle projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in high-pressure cutover environments
- Knowledge of release and environment management disciplines in Oracle Cloud implementations
