About the Role

We're looking for an experienced PMO Project Manager to lead a range of consulting and strategic projects that are critical to ongoing organisational success.

In this role, you will take full ownership of project delivery-from business case development to planning, execution, risk management, and transition into BAU. You'll work closely with stakeholders across regions, ensuring excellent service and adherence to company policies.

This is a hands‑on position that requires adaptability, strong stakeholder engagement, and the flexibility to collaborate across time zones when needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle: definition, planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and transition to BAU
  • Manage project resources and budgets, validating business cases and measurable benefits
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate organisational readiness across people, processes, and technology
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement is central to delivery
  • Manage third‑party vendors, contractors, and contracts in line with company policies
  • Act as a role model within the PMO, contributing to continuous learning and best‑practice development

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing multi‑stakeholder projects, ideally across regions
  • Professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent
  • Experience in systems implementation, especially testing and rollout; finance system experience is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of change management and risk management
  • Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organisation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and established project management tools
