Our top corporate client is currently looking to recruit a Workday Programme Manager & Change Lead to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis to deliver a global Workday change programme.
Key responsibilities for the Workday Programme Manager & Change Lead
- Leadership across configuration, data, security, and system operations.
- Embed consistent ways of working.
- Collaborate with data and reporting teams to ensure embedded data governance practices.
- Deliver a roadmap for data, integrations, processes, and governance.
- Establish programme milestones.
- Establish a Workday change request process.
- Manage programme process and governance.
- Build readiness for AI
- Stakeholder management between Technology and HR platform teams.
- Ensure global compliance
- Oversee and identify risks, dependencies, and change requirements early.
- Programme management of document standards, processes, and governance models.
- Ensure a seamless change and cutover back to business-as-usual.
- Partner with stakeholder groups across the organization.
Experience for the Workday Programme Manager & Change Lead
- Proven ability to operate across HR, Finance and IT at a Programme Leadership level.
- Governance and change management experience on Workday and HCM/HR Transformation programmes.
- Experience across change, communications and the management of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Programme level experience in leading Workday transformation programmes.
- Experience of Workday change leadership, Workday functional configuration, business processes, and security.
- Experience in global and complex organisations.
- Experience with AI Stratgey and Platforms
