Scrum Master

Scrum Master - SAFE - 6 month contract - Inside IR35 - UK Based - Remote

A leading global retailer is seeking a Scrum Master to join them on a 6-month contract and lead two agile teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives and therefore displays an expert knowledge of SAFe and Scrum.

In this role, you will be working with teams in my client's Solution Delivery Process area who are supporting products including HCM Workday, ServiceNow and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports team impediment removal and dependency tracking
• Facilitates Agile team ceremonies e.g., daily standups, reviews, retrospectives
• Ensures team agreements are in place and coaches adherence to SAFe/Agile practices
• Drives team iteration commitments and plan for business value achievements
• Collaborates with other Scrum Masters across the ART as necessary e.g., Scrum of Scrums

What You'll Bring

• Experience was a Scrum Master in an Agile SAFE environment (mandatory) leading 1 or more teams
• Workday/ServiceNow experience (beneficial)
• Ability to work with JIRA, Confluence and Service Now
• Ability to influence deadlines to internal teams and external partners
