As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to the company's valued clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Identifying, analysing, and resolving product failures
- Ordering and replacing parts as needed
- Supporting and maintaining user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups
- Receiving and resolving issues from Tiers 2 and 3 when hands-on support is required
- Coordinating with third-party vendors to resolve hardware and software problems
You will have experience
- Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7-11), Office, and M365
- Excellent MS Office 365 skills as a user
- Ability to solve simple hardware issues
- Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, IPv4, TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, including permissions and attributes
- Strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
