AI Architect - Agentic AI and GenAI

Contract: 6 Months
Location: London Bankside
Work Model: Hybrid / Remote

Are you passionate about shaping the future of AI in enterprise environments? We're looking for an AI Architect to design and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and business transformation. This is a high-impact role where you'll define architectures for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning, ensuring seamless integration into business processes and platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Develop reference architectures, patterns, and standards for AI solutions.
  • Design end-to-end AI architectures for enterprise environments, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
  • Define adoption roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Establish governance frameworks for Responsible AI, including bias mitigation and explainability.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions.
  • Optimize AI workloads for cost efficiency and performance across cloud and hybrid environments.

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge and experience of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), LLMs, and Generative AI platforms.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen) and orchestration tools.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes).
  • Demonstrable experience in AI solution architecture, including Azure & Databricks.
  • Understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and lakehouse patterns.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.

  • Demonstrable experience in creating and managing enterprise reference architecture, blueprints, patterns and standards.
  • Grounded understanding in Data Privacy, Compliance/Regulatory requirements and Responsible AI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Must be able to successfully manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Broader understanding of a CPG or Consumer healthcare industry and functional understanding of data from one or more business functions (advantageous)
