AI Implementation Project Manager - Global Communications

Contract: 6 Months (with potential extension)

Location: Manchester (remote-first with occasional office visits)

Are you passionate about driving AI transformation at scale? Our life sciences client is looking for a Project Manager to join their Global Communications team.

You will help them scale and rollout Communications-specific AI agents and processes that will help foster greater efficiency, creativity, and outputs across all Communications capabilities - from external comms to content creation and data-led decision making.


What You'll Do

• Shape the Future: Define AI governance and guidelines for Global Communications, backed by senior leadership.
• Prioritize Impact: Identify and assess high-value AI use cases, and develop rapid implementation plans.
• Deliver Change: Partner with IT and communications teams to implement AI agents and workflows using clear success metrics.
• Upskill Teams: Launch training programs to build AI fluency and confidence across the organization.
• Lead Culture Shift: Mobilize change champions and foster a culture of curiosity and collaboration.

Experience Required:

• Experienced project manager in large multinational organizations.
• Proven track record in AI implementation and organizational transformation.
• Comfortable working in a global matrix environment and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Partner with senior AI and content leaders to align strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with global communications leaders to identify and optimize processes for AI-driven efficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to unite teams around a common purpose.
• Familiarity working with IT and Corporate Communications; experience in change management is a plus.

(Knowledge and experience of agriculture and the agri-tech industry is useful but not critical.)
