Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong IT background to lead business transformation initiatives. This role is not purely technical but requires a solid understanding of IT systems and processes within a transformation environment, particularly across procurement and finance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end business transformation projects across HR, IT, Finance, and ERP domains.
- Manage procurement and finance-related projects, including vendor selection and contract management.
- Ensure robust project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive change management and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for successful delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in business transformation environments.
- Strong IT background (not hands-on technical, but able to navigate IT landscapes).
- Experience with procurement and finance projects involving HR, IT, and ERP systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and finance systems.
Desirable:
- Industry knowledge in transformation programmes.
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile.
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
