Test Manager - Remote Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a global consultancy, are currently looking to hire Test Manager to join the team on a remote working contract basis. This would be an Inside IR35 role.

The client are looking for a Test Manager to join the team to manage execution and completion of testing.

As the ideal candidate, you will have hands-on experience of defect management in a complex multi-supplier and multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing preparation, execution and reporting of manual and automated testing.
• Managing business and technical teams to ensure timely analysis and resolution of defects
• Managing retesting and feedback
• Reporting and analysis - both documented reports and in meetings
• Identifying root causes and trends to escalate for improvements
• Forecasting for defects and refining those forecasts based on actual statistics
• Managing and improving the defect management process

Experience of Tosca would be beneficial.
