About the Role

As a Technical Author, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and product owners to ensure all mandatory documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Your work will be critical in enabling teams to focus on delivery while maintaining compliance and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and author mandatory documentation for cloud migration projects.
• Ensure technical accuracy and completeness of all documents.
• Collaborate with product teams to streamline documentation processes.
• Manage document approval workflows to guarantee timely publication and compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Skills & Experience:
  • Strong background in technology or related domains.
  • Proven ability to author and review technical documentation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop technical content.
• Tools (Desirable):
  • Familiarity with GitLab, Markdown, Bitbucket, and Jira.
