Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget? We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead multiple work packages and drive successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. You'll lead a small team, manage resources, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a small project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Plan and secure appropriate resources for successful delivery.
  • Define and agree scope and deliverables for work packages.
  • Establish and manage project milestones, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
  • Hold regular checkpoint meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Board.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure delivery of quality outputs within agreed timeframes, budgets, and constraints.
  • Drive all aspects of the project to a successful conclusion, resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Define and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Work within established project disciplines and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications:
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner, ISEB Certificate in IS Project Management, Foundation in MSP07 or Management of Risk.
    • Professional body affiliation (APM, PMI, BCS).
  • Experience:
    • 5-8 years managing medium to large projects across the full lifecycle.
    • Proven ability to deliver multiple work packages successfully.
  • Skills & Behavioural:
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
    • Ability to create a positive impression and build strong relationships.
  • Technical:
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
