Lorien's Utilities client are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager to join on a 12 month initial contract, inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver complex Oracle ERP changes, ensuring alignment of business process change and technology enablement.
- Lead the delivery of improvements to cost management and reporting processes, including Integrated Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), cost estimation, budgeting, variance analysis, and reconciliation processes.
- Drive the implementation of the Cost Book, enabling centralised access to historical and target costs, standardised unit rates, and improved cost forecasting accuracy.
- Oversee automation of Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRP) using integrated systems and data platforms (Azure, Power BI), reducing manual effort and improving reporting transparency and accuracy.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, including business SMEs, finance teams, technology specialists, and third-party suppliers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Manage programme-level financials ensuring accurate cost breakdown structures (CBS) and alignment with corporate accounting standards.
- Ensure robust governance, risk, and issue management throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Oracle ERP, Oracle Field Services, Primavera Unifier, and the wider data platform to deliver cohesive and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to agreed project delivery methodologies, governance, and reporting standards.
- Drive business-related change, including optimising business processes to support operational efficiency and service improvements.
- Support the realisation of business case benefits through effective change delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead change adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and communications planning.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify and manage people, process, and technology impacts.
- Oversee business readiness tasks, ensuring operational teams are fully prepared to adopt and embed new processes and technology solutions.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a Programme Manager delivering Oracle ERP programmes (preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud).
- Experience leading financial transformation programmes with CBS, accounting structures, and finance process alignment.
- Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technology leadership.
- Proficient in project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to lead complex multi-phase, multi-stakeholder programmes in a regulated environment.
