Outline of what you can expect to get up to:

• Day-to-day managing, coaching and shaping of the wider, growing Screening team (Sanctions, Regulatory Warnings, Politically Exposed Persons, etc.)
• Tackling Screening related enquiries and dealing with relevant escalations
• Reviewing internal policies and procedures and ensuring they align to current regulations, standards and trends
• Managing stakeholders and working with touch points across Financial Crime and the rest of the business

And what you'll want to bring to the table:

• Proven record of managing and leading a team or teams
• Previous background tackling and managing Screening workloads, and across managing and Quality Assurance
• Ability and demonstrable record of managing stakeholders and working across/alongside other financial departments or teams
