Salary - Up to £55,000 DOE

Fully Remote

We are working with a client in the consulting industry who are looking for a Pensions Manager - Implementation. As a Pensions Manager - Implementation you will be supporting on all aspects of the change and transition based project including reviewing and implementing their Pension schemes and legislation focusing on DB (Defined Benefit) Pension.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Implementing Pension solutions into their clients and ensure the overall successfully delivery of these project including them being on-time to prevent any possible penalties being incurred.
• Managing the team and help develop their knowledge and experience further.
• Ensuring and promoting best practise within the team as well as being responsible for signing off potentials process improvements.

Essential Skills:

• Experience working in a Pension Manager position within a Defined Benefit environment
• Worked on pension implementation project previously
• Been kept up to date with the legislation and policy changes that are happening and aware of the impact this could have
• Consistently worked on DB pension scheme with knowledge on how this differ from DC, CARE and Annuities.
