Nationwide Building Society selects Lorien to provide end-to-end talent acquisition solution
Lorien has been selected as Nationwide Building Society’s partner to deliver an end-to-end talent acquisition solution for their volume and specialist recruitment.
The partnership will see Lorien deliver an integrated workforce strategy covering Nationwide’s technology, head office and branch recruitment. The new contract will build on the success of Lorien’s technology RPO at Nationwide, and will include recruitment specialists in key verticals, as well as onsite teams at Nationwide’s Swindon and London offices.

The five-year contract will include strategies for transforming the workplace and embracing diversity; creating an engaging candidate experience for permanent workers, utilising sector leading technology to streamline and improve the candidate experience, and enabling informed business decision making to ensure Nationwide is best placed to respond to the current market factors.
