Lorien achieves gold accreditation from Investors in People
We are delighted to announce that Lorien has achieved the ‘We invest in people’ gold accreditation from Investors in People.
Investors in People (IIP) is a standard for people management and offers recognition to organisations that look to improve performance and develop workers.
IIP’s sole mission is to make work better for everyone and focuses on employee connection, engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture. Their research, experience and work in these areas has made work better for over 11 million people globally.
With only 17% of organisations achieving a gold status with IIP, this achievement means we are demonstrating a clear commitment to creating a rewarding, enjoyable, and supportive workplace for the people of Lorien.
In the IIP survey, 91.8% of people said Lorien is a great place to work, with 95.4% of people feeling trusted to make decision in their role. Additionally, 94.1% of people stated that they trust the leaders of Lorien.
