📍 Manchester (Hybrid working)

We're working with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Global Entity Co‑ordinator to join a growing legal and governance function within their wider tax and advisory business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in corporate governance, entity management and company secretarial services within an international environment.

The opportunity

You'll join an expanding global entity management team that supports international clients with their compliance and governance obligations across multiple jurisdictions. The team works closely with colleagues across legal, tax and advisory disciplines, offering exposure to complex, cross‑border client work and strong long‑term development prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of international clients, delivering ongoing entity management and compliance services under senior supervision
  • Acting as a day‑to‑day relationship manager, maintaining regular client communication and service updates
  • Managing compliance diaries and ensuring statutory obligations are met on time
  • Liaising with and coordinating international network firms to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Supporting administrative and operational tasks, including onboarding, financial reporting and use of specialist entity management software
  • Building strong working relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders

About you

  • Degree‑educated (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in an office or professional services environment is preferred
  • Comfortable coordinating tasks or small projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Any exposure to multi‑jurisdictional or international work would be advantageous, but not essential
