We are seeking an experienced Housing IT Architect to play a pivotal role in defining and transforming the technology landscape supporting housing services within a large and complex organisation. This is a unique opportunity to lead a strategic discovery and architecture programme, influencing future technology decisions that will directly support critical housing operations and customer services.

As the Housing IT Architect, you will take ownership of assessing, documenting and redesigning the current housing technology estate. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will uncover existing challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a clear roadmap towards a modern, efficient and scalable architecture.

Essential Experience

• Significant experience operating as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect or Technology Architect within a complex environment.
• Demonstrable experience designing or architecting Housing Management and Asset Management solutions.
• Experience with housing platforms such as:
  • MRI Housing One
  • NEC Housing
  • Civica
  • Asprey
  • Other housing management solutions
• Knowledge of software asset management, licensing governance and compliance controls.
• TOGAF, ITIL or related architecture/governance certifications.
