  • Work closely with architects, engineers and project leadership to ensure solutions align to strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Analyse current and future-state operating models, business processes and technology impacts.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support testing, implementation and transition activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience delivering large-scale technology, infrastructure or software change programmes.
  • Strong background working within complex enterprise environments, ideally within financial services, regulatory or similarly regulated sectors.

  • Experience producing process maps, requirements documentation, traceability matrices and other BA artefacts.
  • Degree educated and/or professionally qualified (BCS, ISEB, IIBA CBAP or equivalent).

Desirable Experience

  • ITIL and service transition experience.
  • Technology risk, operational resilience and security-by-design knowledge.
  • Azure DevOps, Planview, Visio or Miro experience.
