D365 Platform Engineer

6-Month Contract | Remote with occasional travel to Manchester | Inside IR35

Our client is looking for an experienced D365 Platform & Environment Engineer to take ownership of a business-critical Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) estate.

You'll be responsible for managing D365 environments through Lifecycle Services (LCS), supporting deployments and environment refreshes, administering Azure subscriptions and security, and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Working closely with project and service teams, you'll help ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and well-governed while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Skills

• Strong experience supporting D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Azure administration, subscriptions, access management and governance
• Azure Key Vault, certificates, service principals and managed identities
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management
• PowerShell automation and deployment support
• Experience supporting business-critical production environments

Desirable

• Terraform or Bicep
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics or Application Insights
• Enterprise-scale environment experience
• ITIL / Service Management background
