Senior Delivery Manager - 9 months - Inside IR35 - Manchester - Hybrid

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead delivery excellence across multiple high-value streams, working alongside multiple Head of Product. As a senior leader within the Delivery Practice, you will contribute to the evolution of delivery standards, practices and system level improvements across Digital, Technology & Data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across multiple teams, products and services
• Remove systemic constraints and protect teams from conflicting priorities and unmanaged demand
• Coach and develop Delivery Managers in agile, lean and flow disciplines
• Give senior leaders clear insight into performance, risks and trade-offs
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Service and Data

Your skills

• Proven leadership of product and technology delivery across multiple teams using agile, lean and flow-informed methods
• Strong experience in dependency management, bottleneck identification and flow optimisation
• A track record of coaching delivery professionals and building healthy, durable teams
• Confidence translating strategy into coherent operational plans, and influencing roadmaps and sequencing
• Understanding of service readiness, operational resilience and change impact
