Agile Delivery Manager - Wholesale Products - 9 months - Inside IR35 - Manchester - Hybrid

Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day product delivery of a durable product team within its Wholesale Products value stream. You'll bring an agile coaching mindset to optimise flow, manage dependencies and create the conditions for a healthy, empowered team to deliver strong outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead team-level product delivery, balancing capacity, reducing blockers and keeping scope clear
• Facilitate all core delivery ceremonies, coaching the team through planning, prioritisation and execution
• Embed and adapt agile and lean flow practices appropriate to the team's mission
• Support the Product Manager in shaping and maintaining a well-structured backlog aligned to value stream priorities
• Use delivery and flow metrics (throughput, cycle time, blocker age) to drive continuous improvement
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, impediments and cross-team dependencies

Your skills

• Proven experience delivering within durable product teams (product delivery, not traditional project management)
• Strong agile grounding, ideally with an agile coaching background, and experience coaching teams to improve ways of working
• Proven ability to run effective delivery ceremonies and maintain consistent team rhythms
• Experience managing team-level risks, dependencies and blockers
• Ability to interpret flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput) and use them to improve predictability
