Project Analyst
Location: Glasgow or Perth (Hybrid, minimum 50% office attendance)
Contract: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. This role focuses on analysing complex project information, developing actionable insights, and improving performance reporting across a large project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support governance, assurance, and performance management activities.
• Produce clear reporting and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Challenge data quality and drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within PMO, project controls, governance, assurance, or project delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power Query, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience within major infrastructure, utilities, energy, or capital projects is highly desirable.
