Business Transformation Manager (Product & AI Programmes)
We're driving a major transformation programme and are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to lead change initiatives across day-of-operations functions. This is a hands-on project delivery role, ideal for a former consultant (MBB or similar) who enjoys working closely with product and data teams to solve complex business challenges.
What You'll Do

• Lead and drive projects that deliver product-led change initiatives across business units
• Work across operational planning and execution to improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes
• Engage senior stakeholders, tell the story with clarity, and influence direction through well-crafted narratives
• Collaborate with data science and technology teams to design and execute changes across the product roadmap
• Bring structure and pace to fast-moving, ambiguous problems
• Own programme delivery and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met to deliver impact

About You

• Experience in management consulting (ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain, QuantumBlack, or BCG X) or experience in the aviation industry
• Experience driving adoption and managing change within the rollout of new AI or digital tools
• Strong background in operational improvement, transformation, or process design
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing through storytelling and structured thinking
• Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Experience as a Project Leader or Engagement Manager
• Track record of delivering projects and leading end-to-end delivery
