Business Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major Financial Asset Management transformation programme. This is a contract role focused on helping a large, asset-intensive organisation modernise financial processes, reduce spreadsheet dependency, improve regulatory reporting, and create a more integrated digital operating model.

The Role

You'll work closely with Finance, Technology, Engineering and Transformation teams to:

• Elicit, document and prioritise business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Map current-state and future-state business processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities and operating model changes
• Support solution assessments, market engagement and supplier evaluations
• Drive consensus across a complex stakeholder landscape

About You

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with:

• Strong transformation programme experience
• Excellent process mapping and requirements gathering skills
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
• Experience within finance, asset management, ERP, regulatory or compliance-led environments
• The confidence to challenge, influence and drive decision-making
