AI Technology Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a AI technology Project Manager with Moveworks experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, delivery roadmaps and success criteria for AI-enabled services in partnership with Enterprise Technology functions.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource schedules, and risk and dependency/ risk registers.
• Establish delivery governance, reporting cadences and controls, ensuring alignment with AI governance, ethical AI guidance and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled services, coordinating cross-functional teams of data/ knowledge analysts, engineers and product specialists.
• Manage delivery of AI solutions leveraging automation capabilities, machine learning, natural language processing, generative and agentic AI, from initiation through to handover.
• Oversee integration of AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, infrastructure management platforms etc.), managing scope, timeline and quality.
• Break down AI features into sprints and milestones, managing delivery cadence and tracking velocity, quality and technical debt with the engineering team.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across data pipelines, APIs and cloud infrastructure, working closely with ML engineers and platform teams.
• Support change management and adoption strategies to embed AI-enabled services within enterprise operations.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, delivery methodologies and enterprise tech trends.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, delivery playbooks and lessons-learned reviews.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement across delivery.

Experience

• IT industry experience across project and programme management and service delivery, including delivering AI-enabled, digital or technology transformation services
• Experience with ServiceNow and Moveworks is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), APIs and data platforms, sufficient to engage credibly with engineering and data/ knowledge teams
• Comfortable running Agile/Scrum and Kanban delivery, translating product and data-science requirements into well-sequenced, deliverable plans
