Senior Applications Support Officer - Housing Systems

Job Title: Senior Application Support
Bristol - mostly remote but may need to come in occasionally
05/10 - 31/12 - 3 months contract
£400 - Umbrella

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Applications Support Officer / Housing Applications Support Specialist to provide additional specialist support to an established Housing Application Support team.
This role requires someone with extensive knowledge of the One Advanced DRS scheduling system, combined with hands-on experience of NEC Housing Repairs and NEC Go-Mobile.
You will support applications used by the Housing Repairs service, investigating and resolving system and application issues while working closely with operational users, stakeholders and supporting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist application support across the Housing Repairs environment.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve application and system issues experienced by the Repairs service.
• Provide expert support for the One Advanced DRS scheduling system.
• Support NEC Housing Repairs and associated functionality.
• Provide support across NEC Go-Mobile.
• Investigate system configuration and identify changes or solutions required to resolve operational issues.
• Manage and resolve application-related incidents and service requests.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand issues and identify appropriate resolutions.
• Support effective day-to-day operation of business-critical Housing applications.
• Assist with system changes, configuration, upgrades and continuous service improvement where required.
• Escalate complex system issues to relevant technical teams or suppliers where necessary.
• Maintain a strong focus on service quality and minimising disruption to the Housing Repairs service.

Essential Skills & Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
🔹 Extensive One Advanced DRS experience
🔹 NEC Housing Repairs experience
🔹 NEC Go-Mobile experience
🔹 Strong Housing Repairs application support experience
🔹 Hands-on system/application configuration knowledge
