HR Business Partner

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across a large, complex organisation. You'll provide expert HR guidance, drive key people initiatives, and help deliver a high-performing and engaged workforce.

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, talent and organisational change.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice and support.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support workforce planning, organisational development and engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with specialist HR teams to deliver effective people solutions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence positive outcomes.
• Operate confidently within a unionised environment.

• CIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience.
• Proven HR generalist background within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience managing employee relations, performance and talent issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable using data and insight to support decision-making.
• Ideal to have experience in a unionised, operational or safety-critical environment.
• Be able to work 3 days in the office located in Hounslow.
