M365 Engineer - permanent

We're looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 & Copilot Architect to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of an enterprise-scale collaboration and productivity platform. You'll act as the technical authority for Microsoft 365, shaping the adoption of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Purview, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 architecture, standards, and governance
• Lead secure-by-design collaboration and productivity solutions
• Drive Microsoft Copilot adoption and AI governance strategies
• Partner with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Information Governance teams
• Provide expert guidance to projects and senior stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and architects across the business

What you'll bring:

• Significant experience designing and governing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 security, compliance, identity, and collaboration technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Purview, Entra ID, Power Platform, PowerShell, and Graph API
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
