We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions within a complex, global environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad identity landscape, driving strategic architecture, governance, resilience, and modernisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver identity architecture aligned to business and security strategy.
- Lead the design of enterprise IAM solutions across Entra ID, PAM, IGA, Zero Trust, Hybrid Identity, and Identity Resilience.
- Produce and maintain architecture artefacts including HLDs, LLDs, standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering, security, and cloud teams on complex identity initiatives.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience working as an Identity Architect within large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Azure
- Hybrid Identity
- Federation
- Authentication and Authorisation
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale IAM solutions and transformation programmes.
- Experience working in the Insurance or Banking Sector
