Programme Manager / Release Train Manager

Location: Edinburgh (Preferred) or London
Contract: Initial 6 Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager / Release Train Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation programme. This role will focus on shaping, mobilising and delivering complex digital initiatives, working closely with business and technology stakeholders from design through to execution.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven delivery of large-scale digital programmes from inception to execution.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to shape requirements and translate them into technology delivery plans.
• Experience building and managing programme roadmaps, dependencies, risks and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps operating models and team mobilisation.
• Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology environments.
