PMO Coordinator

Initial 6 Week Contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (London)

We're partnering with a leading global FTSE100 organisation to recruit a PMO Coordinator on an initial 6 week contract to provide essential project governance, reporting, and coordination support across a portfolio of business change initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong PMO administration and coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track and governance standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the PMO function across multiple projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, plans, actions, decisions and governance records.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops and steering committees.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
  • Produce project status reports, dashboards and management updates.
  • Monitor project risks, issues and actions, escalating where required.
  • Ensure project documentation complies with PMO standards and governance frameworks.
  • Support resource tracking and project financial administration where required.
  • Liaise with project managers, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a PMO Coordinator, PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator role.
  • Strong understanding of project governance and PMO best practices.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs, project plans and reporting packs.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Experience working within structured project delivery environments.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting business change, transformation or technology projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Exposure to resource planning, budgeting or project financial tracking.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation, PMO Certification or similar qualification.
