We're looking for a highly organised PMO Coordinator to join a busy technology team and support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects and operational initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in PMO support, project coordination, business analysis, or IT operations who enjoys working with stakeholders and driving actions through to completion.
The PMO Coordinator Role:
As a PMO Coordinator, you'll provide essential project governance, reporting, and coordination support across multiple workstreams. You'll help maintain visibility of project progress, manage reporting activities, track risks and actions, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and deliverables.
You will work closely with project managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities for the PMO Coordinator:
- Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and action registers.
- Coordinate and follow up on project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare portfolio dashboards, status reports, and leadership presentations.
- Support demand intake and business requirements documentation.
- Collect, analyse, and report on project and operational KPIs.
- Assist with stakeholder communications, user adoption tracking, and training coordination.
- Monitor service requests and incidents, helping identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support governance, compliance, audit, and documentation activities.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure actions, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed.
key experience for the PMO Coordinator
- Experience in PMO, project coordination, business analysis, IT service management, or a similar role.
- Experience with Smartsheets and Excel.
- Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining project documentation, trackers, and management reporting.
- Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience of technology projects, digital transformation, or IT operations would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Power BI, ServiceNow, Agile delivery methodologies, or AI-enabled productivity tools is desirable.
