Business Value Architect - 6 months

We're looking for a senior transformation leader to head up our Value Architecture practice - owning the front-end pipeline of opportunities that feed our enterprise portfolio and investment decisions.

What you'll do:

• Set the standards and methods for enterprise value diagnostics and opportunity shaping
• Own and triage the value opportunity pipeline, defining entry criteria and readiness for investment
• Lead diagnostics across Directorates to uncover inefficiency, duplication and value leakage
• Shape practical operating model improvements that boost accountability and cross-directorate alignment
• Assure the evidence, logic and readiness of opportunities before they progress
• Provide value-based recommendations that inform prioritisation and transformation roadmaps
• Chair our cross-functional architecture working group and lead a wider architecture community

What you'll bring:

• Senior-level experience in enterprise transformation, value architecture, operating model design or business architecture
• A track record of leading enterprise diagnostics and cross-functional transformation in complex organisations
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and governance groups, with the ability to constructively challenge on value and evidence
• Experience shaping investment choices, opportunity pipelines or transformation backlogs
• Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills
