We are looking for a talented Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive quality, efficiency, and reliability across our technology landscape through the development and implementation of automated testing solutions.
As an Automation Engineer, you will work closely with developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and solutions. You will play a key role in supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery practices, ensuring that applications are delivered at speed without compromising quality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
- Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end tests.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Develop reusable automation components and improve test coverage across applications.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Monitor test execution results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support testing across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Contribute to test strategies, standards, and best practices to continuously improve quality assurance processes.
- Promote a quality-first culture across the development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in test automation and quality engineering.
- Live SC Clearance
- Strong experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Playwright
- Karate
- Postman/Newman
- Strong programming and scripting skills using languages such as:
- Java
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Python
- C#
- Experience testing web, API, and microservices-based applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
