IT Project Manager - Retail Technology

London (4 days onsite), 6 Month contract

We're supporting a global retail brand in the search for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their Retail Technology team.

This is a broad delivery-focused role, leading the successful implementation of technology projects across retail operations, POS systems, store technology, compliance initiatives and wider business transformation programmes. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party vendors to drive projects from initiation through to deployment.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering technology projects within retail, luxury retail or customer-facing environments
• Strong Agile and delivery management experience
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project
• Background delivering projects involving POS, store systems, payments, retail operations or digital transformation is highly desirable
