We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business and technology change initiatives within a banking environment. This role requires a proven delivery professional who can drive strategic programmes from business case through to implementation, whilst managing senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, governance, planning, and execution.
• Develop and gain approval for business cases and project plans.
• Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Drive programme outcomes, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality targets.
• Lead risk, issue, dependency, and budget management activities.
• Build, motivate, and develop high-performing project teams.
• Oversee benefits realisation and ensure successful business adoption of change.

Essential Experience

• Extensive Senior Project Management and Change Management experience.
• Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformations, new products, services, or platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience translating product roadmaps into deliverable work packages.
• Knowledge of business architecture, operating model design, and process optimisation.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.

Desirable

• Active Security Clearance.
• PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, or APM qualification.
