Senior Product Manager

Location: Watford (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months(potentially perm)
IR35: inside

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Real Estate / Property Development portfolio.
• Create and manage roadmaps, priorities, and product governance.
• Lead steering committees and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, RTEs, and business leaders.
• Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners across the team.
• Support global teams across the UK, Europe, US, Canada, and India.

Essential Skills

• Extensive Senior Product Management experience.
• Strong roadmap creation and portfolio prioritisation skills.
• SAFe Agile experience (Certification mandatory).
• Experience as an EPIC Owner.
• Budget management and business case ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large, global organisations.

Nice to Have

• Real Estate / Property Development experience.
• Experience with SaaS application portfolios.
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS).
