We're seeking an experienced Major Incident Manager to join a large enterprise environment operating within a SIAM and multi-supplier model.
Key Requirements
- Experience working within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of SIAM and multi-supplier governance.
- Proven ability to lead executive-level communications during major incidents.
- Experience running Major Incident Reviews and Problem Management follow-ups.
- Able to work effectively with minimal onboarding.
- Track record of driving service improvement and process maturity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate major incidents through to resolution.
- Manage communications with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Facilitate incident reviews and ensure actions are tracked to completion.
- Drive accountability across internal teams and third-party suppliers.
Additional Information
- 24x7 out-of-hours cover required approximately one week per month.
