Agile Delivery Manager

Agile Delivery Manager - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Watford Office - Hybrid

We're looking for a proactive Agile Delivery Manager to drive delivery across a high-profile global platform supporting buying, supplier management and purchasing processes across the Europe and North America.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Drive accountability across teams and stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
• Lead release planning, delivery governance, risk management and dependency tracking.
• Coach and mentor teams, fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders across a complex global landscape.
• Support both BAU delivery and strategic transformation initiatives, including a major legacy modernisation programme.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager ideally in a retail environment.
• Strong planning, execution and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering within Agile SAFe environments.
• Ability to influence, challenge and drive results in a fast-paced organisation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and cross-functional delivery teams.
