Content Creator

7-Month Initial Contract | £280 per day (Umbrella) | Hybrid Working

Our public sector client is seeking an experienced Content Creator to develop engaging content that promotes Scotland as a destination for investment, innovation and international business growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled writer, copywriter or communications professional to create content aimed at business leaders, investors and international organisations.

• Candidates must be within commuting distance of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee or Aberdeen
• Attendance at team and collaboration meetings 3-4 times per month is expected

The Role

You will be responsible for producing high-quality content across a range of digital and marketing channels

Key responsibilities include:

• Writing website content, blogs, articles and thought leadership pieces
• Creating social media and marketing campaign content
• Developing case studies, investor materials and information packs
• Producing engaging content for business and international audiences
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and shape messaging
• Ensuring content adheres to brand, editorial and accessibility guidelines
• Supporting wider marketing and communications initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting or communications
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience creating content for digital channels and marketing campaigns
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to turn complex information into engaging content
• Experience working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
