We are currently recruiting for a Digital/ Data PMO with Microsoft Copilot and Claude experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, transformation (Power Query), and visualisation aligned to programme KPIs and outcomes
• Build automated reporting pipelines integrating data from tools such as Azure DevOps, Excel, and SharePoint to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort
• Create self-service, ready dashboards to provide real-time visibility of RAID, milestones, dependencies, and programme performance
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline PMO processes, including reporting cycles, approvals, RAID updates, and governance activities
• Identify opportunities to replace manual PMO activities with scalable automation solutions, improving efficiency and consistency
• Ensure a single source of truth across programme reporting by integrating and governing multiple data sources
• Maintain and optimise dashboards and workflows to ensure data quality, refresh reliability, and performance
• Apply AI tooling such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to generate report narratives and insights, summarise RAID and lessons-learned content, and enable natural-language querying of programme data
• Use Power BI & Automate to improve existing reporting from Azure Dev Ops and generate new ways of tracking and reporting across the Program
• Prepare high-quality, timely, and accurate program reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Experience

• Power Automate to implement efficiencies in processes
• Proven experience within large-scale programs within Technology
• Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions, including:
• DAX measures and calculated columns
• Power Query for data transformation
• Experience designing executive-level dashboards aligned to business outcomes and decision-making needs
• Ability to integrate and visualise data from multiple enterprise data sources (e.g., DevOps, Excel, SharePoint)
• Improve governance adherence (e.g., reminders, escalations)
• Experience developing digital or automation-led PMO capabilities
• Exposure to advanced Power Platform capabilities (e.g., AI-enabled workflow enhancements)
• knowledge of Power BI reporting and customising reports/dashboards
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to support analysis, reporting, and automation
• Proficiency in DevOps, PowerBI, Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
