Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Analyst (Contract - 12 Months)
Location: Near Watford/London (flexible, hybrid)
Start Date: July

Our client is seeking a confident and engaging Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Analyst to join a global organisation on a 12-month contract. This role will focus on designing and delivering impactful cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives that drive behavioural change across diverse audiences.

You will play a key role in promoting a strong security culture by translating complex cyber risks into clear, engaging content for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver role-based cybersecurity training programmes across the business
  • Create engaging content including presentations, webinars, and awareness campaigns
  • Lead training sessions, roadshows, and virtual learning events
  • Partner with internal teams (IT, HR, Communications) to drive awareness initiatives
  • Tailor messaging for different audiences and global regions
  • Support rollout and management of learning content via LMS platforms (Workday)
  • Track and report on engagement and training effectiveness

Key Requirements:

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Experience delivering training, learning, or awareness programmes
  • Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
  • Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable:

  • Background in cybersecurity awareness or information security
  • Experience with LMS platforms or eLearning tools
  • Basic data analysis/reporting (e.g. Excel)
