Enterprise Strategy & Architecture Lead

Location: Milton Keynes

We're looking for an experienced Strategy & Enterprise Architecture leader to shape and guide the organisation's long‑term direction. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture and senior decision‑making, influencing how the organisation evolves over time.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the development and delivery of enterprise and functional strategies
• Defining and shaping enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned to strategic goals
• Influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to drive better decisions
• Translating vision into clear objectives, outcomes and measurable success criteria
• Ensuring change across the organisation is coherent, controlled and aligned
• Working across teams to guide architectural decisions and implementation

What we're looking for

Essential:

• Experience working across strategy and/or enterprise architecture
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at senior level
• Proven ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments
• Experience applying systems thinking to organisational challenges
• Ability to guide decision‑making without direct authority
