🚀 The Opportunity

We're looking for an Identity Security Specialist to join a large enterprise organisation on a major access transformation programme.

This is a key role driving that change - designing and implementing how users securely access systems across the organisation.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing Conditional Access policies in Entra ID
• Building persona-based access models (e.g. standard vs privileged users)
• Helping define and deliver a modern identity-led access framework
• Moving the organisation away from VPN / network-dependent access
• Working hands-on with existing IAM and Microsoft technologies
• Collaborating with internal teams to upskill and improve security practices

🧠 What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in IAM / Identity Security roles
• Hands-on work with Entra ID (Azure AD) + Active Directory
• Proven experience implementing Conditional Access policies
• Understanding of identity-led security / Zero Trust concepts
• Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint IIQ ideal, alternatives accepted)
• Knowledge of PAM solutions (e.g. Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Comfortable working in enterprise environments

✅ Nice to Have

• Experience designing RBAC / persona-based access
• Exposure to security frameworks (e.g. NIST)
• Background in large-scale transformation or cloud migration
